Over the next few weeks I will be sharing the amazing adventure that I have been on with Mustard Seed Songs\u2019 Musical Director Joffy and the Portsmouth Gospel Choir (University of Portsmouth.) The Portsmouth Gospel Choir (PGC) were recently finalists in BBC One\u2019s \u201cPitch Battle\u201d featuring Gareth Malone. They had the privilege of singing with Seal and I now have the privilege of them recording a CD of mustard seed songs. There is so much to share but I just want to start off today with a pic of Joffy, David (Musical Director of PGC) and Heaven (Vocal Director of PGC)<\/p>\n

When we were recording guides at \u201cSecond Chance House\u201d courtesy of Mick Mellows I noticed these words on a poster and thought I would share them as they link (sort of) with last week\u2019s blog on bullying.<\/p>\n

Children Learn What They Live<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

If children live with criticism,<\/em>
\nThey learn to condemn.
\nIf children live with hostility,
\nThey learn to fight.
\nIf children live with ridicule,
\nThey learn to be shy.
\nIf children live with shame,
\nThey learn to feel guilty.
\nIf children live with encouragement,
\nThey learn confidence.
\nIf children live with tolerance,
\nThey learn to be patient.
\nIf children live with praise,
\nThey learn to appreciate.
\nIf children live with acceptance,
\nThey learn to love.
\nIf children live with approval,
\nThey learn to like themselves.
\nIf children live with honesty,
\nThey learn truthfulness.
\nIf children live with security,
\nThey learn to have faith in themselves and others.
\nIf children live with friendliness,
\nThey learn the world is a nice place in which to live.<\/em><\/p>\n
