“We Are Hard Pressed” is a song taken from our work in progress “Theophilus- The Musical”. In the musical it is sung by Paul and Silas while they are imprisoned- here it is sung by the wonderful Evieanna Mullane who previously sung “Out of the Depths” in a staged concert of “Theophilus” and also in a video filmed at the Roman Catholic Cathedral in Portsmouth- that was in aid of Ukrainian child refugees.

We have yet to decide which cause to support with this “We are hard pressed” video – hence it is unlisted on YouTube – blog viewers being one of the first to see it.

We are grateful to English Heritage, who manage Titchfield Abbey, and who allowed us to use it f.o.c,   also for arranging the site to be opened early before the public arrived.

Actually, it poured with rain all day, but there was an hour in which there was only intermittent drizzle allowing Evieanna and Joffy, our brilliant videographer and MD, to get the job done – and I trust you agree what a great job they did!
