I have taken a rest this week from featuring Mustard Seed Songs’ videos as I just had to share this video. You have probably seen it in the news and maybe, like me, it made you think of a modern day Good Samaritan story.

I ran a marathon (many moons ago) and know how important it is to try and run your fastest time.  So to forget that in order to stop and help a fellow runner was very special.  One thing that is disturbing, however is seeing so many other competitors run straight by the stricken man ( Ajay) Did they not see him?

Anyway well done and Aaron and Robson  – what you did was indeed “a personal best.”
